不適使用于孔洞及大中小型管網的側壁靜電噴涂，它是采用無氣靜電噴涂機運輸來的高壓變壓器金屬油漆，在專業的噴頭，使金屬油漆做霧化后可以直接導致音箱喇叭形（園球形、空腔），飽滿地噴在管網內表皮，可以滿足管網的靜電噴涂。 NKP-1型主要是適用以于Ф50-Ф300mm的通道，藝術漆黏度不可以少于80秒（4號福特杯）。如果乳膠漆粘稠度遠遠超出80秒，需要萃取劑溶解稀釋。NKP-1型關鍵上不用通道長寬束縛，但比較好不生長于15米。
